Diversity and Inclusion are crucial for graduates joining Severfield, and we have been focusing on ensuring that our offering for graduates is inclusive and considers applicants as individuals.
We know that for us to remain successful, we need to attract talent from all walks of life, and to ensure innovation and progression, we make sure that our talent feels included and well supported.
That’s why we welcome colleagues’ feedback via our MyVoice forums, our employee representative groups that meet with the assigned Executive Committee members to highlight opportunities for improvements or change.
During 2023 we have introduced female networking and mentoring groups, started to devise a strategy for inclusivity and introduce a dignity and respect policy to outline our expectations for colleagues.
