Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks - Building resilience for our customers’ needs and their key assets. We provide design, build and maintenance solutions to protect the UK’s essential services and assets. Working across the water, nuclear and other decarbonised energy, environmental and waterways sectors, we provide sustainable and safe solutions for our clients and customers whilst protecting and restoring natural habitats.
Construction - Supporting essential public service demands. We are a leading UK national contractor delivering projects of all sizes and complexities in the public and private sectors, including education, healthcare, custodial and defence. We design and deliver buildings that are key to the UK’s infrastructure – from hospitals and treatment centres, to schools, leisure centres and prisons. Construction comprises our Regional Building, Strategic Projects, Kier Places and International businesses and we operate across all regions– London & Southern, Western & Wales, Eastern & Midlands and North & Scotland.
Property - Creating spaces for communities to thrive. Kier Property invests in and develops sites across the UK – acting as a mixed-use commercial and residential developer specialising in urban regeneration, last mile logistics and modern sustainable office developments.
Group Functions - Kier Group Functions provides the central underpin to ensure we carry out our responsibilities as a UK plc and strategic supplier to the UK Government, keep the business moving and play a vital role in delivering group-wide success.
