Kier Housing Maintenance provides Housing Management services to registered Social and Private Landlords; and Local Authorities. Covering a diverse range of activities and workstreams which includes; better homes improvements, compliance, reactive and planned maintenance and voids. With a turnover approaching £300 million per annum, our objective is to be one of the three top players in our chosen markets by 2020.
Supporting the senior commercial team, you’ll be hands-on by visiting site and working with the leadership team. You’ll work across the whole of the commercial and pre-construction department, providing assistance in risk and value management, cost control, cost analysis, estimates and commercial management.
We look for those who embody our company ethos, whilst academically you’ll have completed your degree (or about to), on course to achieve a 2.2 or above on a construction-related programme. This may be in design, commercial services or construction management, and must be accredited by a professional body.
