Everyone at Halo starts here. As a Support Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing help with Halo products. You’ll learn to diagnose issues, guide customers to solutions, and build strong product knowledge and problem-solving skills. This role forms the foundation for progression into other areas of the business.
Once you’ve built a solid understanding of Halo, you may move into Software Consultancy. In this role, you’ll work with customers to implement Halo solutions - taking projects from contract signature through to go-live and handover. You’ll configure systems, design workflows and ensure customers get maximum value from the platform.
As an Account Executive, you’ll help guide customers through the buying process. You’ll understand their needs, demonstrate Halo’s value, answer questions, maintain communication and work alongside technical teams to propose the right solution. This pathway suits strong communicators with commercial awareness.
In this role, you’ll support Halo’s global partner network. You’ll help partners deliver projects, scope new work, and maintain relationships through regular check-ins. You’ll lead smaller initiatives, support partners on live engagements and help build consultancy experience - often with opportunities to travel.
As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll help build and maintain the systems that keep Halo’s platform running reliably at scale. You’ll work on automation, continuous delivery processes, infrastructure, and cloud environments. This pathway builds deep technical skills in operations, resilience and performance engineering.
As a Cyber Security Specialist, you’ll focus on protecting Halo’s systems and customer data. You will identify vulnerabilities, support secure development practices, implement security controls, and monitor for threats. This role develops expertise in risk mitigation, secure configurations and defensive security engineering.
Not everyone follows the same route. Many people progress from Support into Software Consultancy and beyond, but some of Halo’s most impactful roles exist because someone spotted a gap and shaped their role to fill it. If you show initiative, take ownership, and consistently add value, your role can evolve in unexpected ways. At Halo, progression isn’t limited to job titles - your career path is shaped by what you’re good at, what the business needs, and where you want to take it
