    Relocated from Scotland to Suffolk, England.

    New web application released, based on the latest technologies and subsequently was named the fastest service desk available.
  • 2018
    New offices opened in Santa Clara (USA) and Melbourne (Australia).
  • 2020
    Nethelpdesk rebranded to Halo Service Solutions, offering three solutions in the form of Haloitsm, Halopsa and Halo Service Desk.
