Over the past four years, I have progressed from a graduate engineer learning the fundamentals and assisting senior colleagues to taking ownership of critical design decisions on major projects. This progression has allowed me to build strong technical experience in drainage design, highways, earthworks modelling, and technical report writing. Seeing my contributions directly influence the successful delivery of schemes has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career so far.
