Valuing diversity and building an inclusive culture has been a fundamental objective since we were founded - because a workplace where everyone belongs is a better, and better-performing, one. We promote engineering careers in our local communities and support STEM events at schools and colleges to help open the profession up to the next generation.
Sustainability isn’t an add-on for us - it’s in our purpose: to create a sustainable legacy for those who construct and inhabit the built environment. Our civil and structural engineers design for efficient, sustainable land use; across the business we aim to ensure our clients’ developments are as sustainable as the buildings and infrastructure they create. As a graduate, you’ll be part of that from the start.
Each of our offices supports local homelessness charities - DENS in Hemel Hempstead and Threshold in Swindon - through funding, volunteering, fundraising and pro-bono engineering. Every employee gets two paid days a year to volunteer.
