Additionally, we believe your development is a shared responsibility, so we fund relevant professional training and qualifications, including PhD’s and Masters, as well as contributing up to £570 a year towards Professional membership fees.

We provide flexible working arrangements, hybrid working, future sabbaticals, and actively encourage you to take regular holidays throughout the year, from your 34 days' (inc. public holidays) allotment.
