Our Climate and Sustainability team is based in the North including Scotland, Northern Ireland and the north of England. We offer a range of services covering sustainable development and climate change. We work on major national infrastructure projects (transport, water and energy sectors) and urban development projects.
Our clients include private developers, public sector authorities and 3rd sector organisations. We work in a multi-disciplinary environment alongside other environmental, planning, engineering and urban design specialists. Joining this team you'll likely work on a range of projects in different sectors including transport, water and energy.

You will be working in a multi-disciplinary team alongside other environmental, planning, engineering and urban design specialists, and will work closely with technical disciplines (both internal and external to Arup) to deliver high-quality climate and sustainability consultancy services.

For this opportunity, we are seeking the following qualifications, skills and attributes:
An undergraduate or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, such as Climate & Sustainability Science, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, Geography or Sustainability.
We also welcome applications from those with an engineering degree who have completed an environmental or sustainability-focused postgraduate qualification.
Desirable Technical skills: use of excel, power BI, and AI.
