Jacobs across the UK is committed to early careers and in 2018 launched a new internship programme in several of its offices. This new programme is aimed towards undergraduates who are either approaching their final year of study or have completed a principal degree and have a gap before starting a postgraduate course.
Here in Ireland, with offices in Dublin, Cork and Belfast, our Infrastructure team boasts an extensive portfolio working on high profile, challenging projects, providing multidisciplinary solutions to water, wastewater, highways, transport, environment, waste and energy clients. From feasibility studies and planning, to design, construction management and operations and maintenance, we bring together the talent and expertise necessary to deliver success.
Our well established Ireland Utilities team delivers projects in Energy, Water, Wastewater and Flood Management for clients across Ireland and the UK. We are growing to meet our clients’ needs and are actively recruiting at various levels.
We currently have an opportunity for an undergraduate 1-year placement within our Utilities team based in Belfast. The successful person will become part of a respected and ambitious company with excellent career prospects and international opportunities.
You will join us in the summer period and join our community of interns under our programme called Jacobs Campus. This new programme will allow you to work with a mentor who will work with you in identifying areas of learning so that when you leave you have a portfolio of learning experiences to make reference to. There will also be opportunities to network through your community and other networks across Jacobs in various experiences that will be on offer.
