I’ve always had a passion for sustainability so my rotation in a Commercial Insurance sustainability role was perfect for me. It really appealed as it had a customer focus too and I felt I could make a big impact as we work with our largest commercial customers. I loved it so much that I’ve now returned to this team.
I completed my Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional apprenticeship and ACII during my time on the graduate scheme, which felt like a great achievement. You have such a strong cohort and community among the grads and lots of support, including a buddy. I’ve stayed in touch with my Personal Development manager, they’re now my mentor!"
