Join our 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Sustainability Consultant in our Plymouth office, where you'll be part of a market-leading Buildings discipline.
You'll join our South West Benchmarking team, a close-knit group of two specialists based within our wider Plymouth office. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of around 15 MEP and BIM professionals, you'll benefit from collaborative support, broad project exposure, and opportunities to develop your technical expertise within an integrated engineering environment.
You'll support a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors including Defence (MOD), Justice (MOJ), Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Data Centres. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll contribute to workload planning, performance benchmarking, team development initiatives, and the delivery of data-driven insights that help improve project outcomes and operational efficiency.
We are committed to supporting employees in achieving relevant professional qualifications and accreditation. The applicable professional qualification for this role is with the ISEP.
This role will help create high-quality, sustainable and resilient buildings that deliver positive outcomes for communities and the environment.
