Mace offers its clients a fully comprehensive project management consultancy service supporting the development and implementation of major transport projects, we provide a flexible and highly bespoke service based on a well-proven formula for delivery.
Regardless of the scale or complexity of a project, we employ and refine our systems and processes to provide control, governance and transparency from inception to completion. From fixed price contracting to construction management, we understand what it takes to ensure successful delivery. We use our consultancy expertise and knowledge of the entire property lifecycle to develop sound strategies, which are then translated into fully realisable programmes and plans that are delivered on time and within budget.
As a graduate Commercial Manager, you will gain exposure to the variety of services offered to our clients and take on responsibility in real, live project environments. You will work alongside industry leading professionals at Mace and many prestigious and high-profile clients. Our comprehensive two-year development programme includes:

Your work base will be flexible and could be in one of Mace offices or at a client’s office or facility. You will gain exposure to all aspects of project delivery from concept design, through to construction, commissioning, validation handover and into operation.
The start date for this programme is September 2023.
We’ll also support you in gaining professional membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Chartered Institute of Building Surveyors (CIOB) depending on your degree.

You’ll also need GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above, candidates must be studying an RICS accredited degree.
