Our varied services facilitate our involvement in all stages of a project. From identifying the needs, producing the initial project definition & brief and cost planning, right through to procurement, construction and building use, you will have an opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients. This includes some very high-profile names, often working alongside other construction professionals in multi-disciplinary teams in the UK and potentially further afield. We believe that actually doing the work itself gives the best opportunity to learn, so you can expect to be given responsibility, and will need to be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team, all whilst receiving the guidance and support to allow you to develop.

This role will contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of cost management ensuring control, accuracy, visibility, and value are embedded into project activities.
The successful candidate must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), dependent on assignment.

All Early Careers (Apprentices and Graduates) colleagues complete the AECOM ADVANCE programme before progressing to their professional qualification with the RICS. You will be supported through this process with an appointed Counsellor, access to resources and attendance at our three-day technical residential and case study workshop to prepare them for their APC.
