We’re a business, not just of shopkeepers, but of food makers as well. Our Hilmore House Head Office (Bradford) is where we work with our stores and sites to make a difference to our offering to customers.
Working alongside teams responsible for driving our customer and business success you’ll get exposure to aspects of business analysis, project management, and data-led decision making to deliver new solutions that will add benefits throughout Morrisons.
Join us on our two-year Data Science Graduate Scheme and you’ll be working across the business to maximise growth and gain greater insight, while earning a starting salary of £28,000 (£30,000 in year 2).
As a Morrisons Data Scientist you’ll work within the Data and Insight team with exposure across our business, finding solutions to business challenges, which will have a lead-on affect. You could find yourself immersed in projects looking to improve the efficiency of our supply chain, minimise waste in our manufacturing sites and stores or improving how we generate value with our suppliers.
We’re confident you’ll find working at Morrisons rewarding, our team spirit is hard to beat! We celebrate individuals and their achievements, it’s all about getting stuck in, learning tons, and bringing what makes you special to make us better.
You’ll need to work hard, but the end goal will be rewarding. You’ll gain skills and experience needed to shift into senior roles. Once you’ve completed the scheme, you’ll have the opportunity to continue to work within the Data and Insight Team with our Operations Development, Commercial, Supply Chain Development, or Technology teams.
Our colleagues ‘Make Morrisons’. You’ll be no exception. We’re looking for analytical thinkers with strong maths capabilities and the ability to manipulate data to solve problems. You need to be self-motivated, with great communication and interpersonal skills, and structured process thinking.
You must have a minimum 2:1 in a highly numerical discipline like Data Science, Maths, Physics, Electronic/Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. You will need the unrestricted right to work in the UK, as well as a full UK driving licence.
We've signed the Gradcracker feedback pledge.
