We are looking for a Graduate Project Manager who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.
Purpose of this role
You will work within the Project Management Office (PMO) gaining practical experience across strategic project delivery, governance, planning, reporting, change and stakeholder engagement. The role will support the PMO and business leaders on live strategic projects, building a strong understanding of how BUUK turns business priorities into structured delivery and measurable outcomes. The role will be fully supported by the PMO team.
Your key responsibilities are
Undertake tasks or projects that will give practical experience of delivery across BUUK.
Work with the team to support the planning, coordination and delivery of strategic projects across the BUUK.
Contribute to projects and actively support successful delivery through analysis, coordination, reporting and follow-up activities.
Produce clear updates, dashboards and meeting packs to support decision-making.
Develop knowledge of project management methodologies, change management, business case development and benefits tracking.
Support the business with raising requests for change, providing support and guidance on PMO processes.
Qualifications
Degree (or equivalent) in a business, technical, or STEM related subject.
Experience/Knowledge
IT proficiency.
Strong interest in project management, business change, process improvement, governance and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to work with information, data and project documentation in a structured and accurate way.
An appetite to learn how cross-functional teams deliver change in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, ability to listen and build rapport with diverse set of colleagues.

As part of the interview process, we will be holding an assessment day for this role on Tuesday 1st December at our head office in Woolpit, Suffolk. This is currently the only date for this planned.
