We’re looking for ambitious, proactive graduates who are excited to explore different roles in business and tech. No experience necessary - just bring the right mindset, a willingness to learn, and the confidence to get stuck in.

About Us

Halo is one of the fastest-growing software companies in the world. We build market-leading platforms for ITSM, CRM and PSA, helping organisations in 75+ countries work smarter and serve better. We work with companies of all sizes - from global names like Microsoft, Sky and Pixar to fast-growing start-ups and public services.

At Halo, everyone works together across the entire product lifecycle: selling, supporting, implementing and managing our platform in-house, as well as developing, securing and continuously improving it. That means you’ll gain genuine end-to-end exposure and responsibility from day one.

Our graduate scheme is designed to give you exposure across the business, tailored to your strengths and goals. Whether you thrive in client-facing roles, process design, problem solving, or product thinking, you’ll have the support and flexibility to forge your own path under a permanent contract.
