We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Placement Student to join our team specialising in Supply Chain, Global Planning and Logistics for our Corporate Segment in Daventry, United Kingdom,During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organisation operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Ensuring prompt completion of Monthly billing to Business Units for Transportation, warehousing and Supply Chain services
Ownership of various accruals journals at period close – 3PL, packaging, offsite warehousing and related balance sheet reconciliations
Manage expense and capital reporting
Gather and generate data for forecasting purposes
Maintain data files for trends and analysis
Ad hoc work for other UK centres, and SOX controls.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Working towards a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related STEM subject
Excellent IT Skills, in particular Excel and Microsoft BI
Ability to collate data, solve problems and think innovatively
Ability to manage workload effectively with good decision making.
