The requirements are to be onsite for 3 days per week so you will need to be able to travel or relocate to the location on your own behalf.
This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence in Summer 2027.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Development of Power BI reporting capabilities. Use of Lean, 5S and Six Sigma to enable continuous improvement activity.
Use Common processes, tools and information systems to enable quantitative analysis and interpretation of data, ensuring integrity of all data within reports.
Collaborating with stakeholders and using common diagnostic tools to identify and understand areas for improvement and convert to improvement projects.
Involvement and support in implementing and potentially leading Projects that optimize operational efficiency.
Using data analysis to identify potential areas for improvements and quantifying the benefits of various improvement proposals (e.g., VSMs)
Design, creation and maintenance of robust digital tools to be used by the team and internal stakeholders to increase efficiency and improve operator experience.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
We are looking for a wide range of applicants studying towards an Analysis/Supply Chain/Logistics/Planning degree.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills required, including Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI knowledge, Machine Learning, SQL would also be beneficial although is not essential.
Strong analytical skills are required with an ability to think innovatively in order to solve problems.
Ability to work both independently and within a team with a willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills.
