Turn your passion for Consents and Environmental Management into a meaningful career.

What is the role?

As a Consents and Environment Graduate, you’ll gain hands-on experience across different stages of the transmission project lifecycle. You’ll support environmental assessments and site inspections, review project documentation and work with engineering and construction teams to help avoid or minimise environmental impacts.

You’ll build relationships with colleagues, contractors, regulators and local communities while developing your knowledge of environmental compliance, consenting and risk management. The programme will help prepare you for a future career as a Consents and Environment Manager within SSEN Transmission.

Our Consents & Environment teams help ensure projects are developed and delivered responsibly, balancing environmental, planning and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
