Candidates may be asked to undertake aptitude testing, a practical skills test and/or a presentation on a relevant topic as part of the interview; this will be explained when being invited to complete testing or invited to interview.

If an aptitude test is required, candidates may be asked to complete them before or during the interview and a link will be sent providing further information on the tests.

In all cases, we will do our best to ensure that all candidates are given fair and appropriate opportunities to demonstrate their abilities to do the job.

We always ask you to bring proof of right to work in the UK documents to your interview.

If you need any adjustments or have any special requirements at any stage of the recruitment and assessment process, please indicate this on your application or contact us by emailing recruitment@martin-baker.co.uk, quoting ‘Assessment Adjustment’ within the email subject box.
