Based out of our state-of-the-art headquarters in Crewe, you will have the unique opportunity to work across two specialist teams within People & Culture: People Digital and Engagement & Culture.

This varied placement will provide hands-on experience supporting the delivery of technology-enabled people initiatives, project and change management activities, colleague engagement programmes and cultural development initiatives.

You will work with a wide range of stakeholders across Bentley, helping to deliver projects, events, communications and activities that enhance both the colleague experience and the way we use technology within People & Culture.

From supporting digital transformation and artificial intelligence initiatives to helping coordinate colleague recognition programmes and engagement events, no two days will be the same.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting research, analysing information and preparing materials to support decision-making, project delivery and continuous improvement activities.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business to help introduce new ways of working, emerging technologies and people-focused initiatives, including artificial intelligence solutions.

About the Department:

People & Culture plays a key role in supporting Bentley's colleagues and business transformation objectives.

As part of this placement, you will work across two complementary teams:

People Digital supports the delivery of technology, systems and digital transformation initiatives across People & Culture. The team works to improve processes, enable new ways of working and help colleagues make the most of digital technologies, including emerging artificial intelligence solutions.

Engagement & Culture helps create an exceptional colleague experience by delivering programmes and initiatives that strengthen our culture, increase engagement and recognise colleague achievements. This includes colleague recognition programmes, awards, Connected Colleague sessions, Extraordinary Talks and other activities that help colleagues feel informed, connected and valued.

Together, these teams provide a unique opportunity to develop experience across project delivery, change management, communications, engagement and organisational culture.

Can I use AI to apply?

We understand candidates are likely to use AI to support with the application process; however over-relying on AI can make your application feel impersonal and a duplication of many other applications we receive. We are keen to understand the real you, your passion, values and skills that are unique to you shine through. By using AI as a support tool rather than a substitute for your own voice, you’ll create a more compelling and genuine application. We look forward to getting to know the real you!
