	Health We have a proud record of delivering high-quality healthcare projects, often in live environments. From small refurbishments to large scale complex schemes like the UK’s first proton beam therapy unit for The Christie in Manchester, that received multiple awards including Gold award from Considerate Contractor and BIM project of the year.

	Education We are highly experienced at delivering new schools and education facilities. In 2020 alone we delivered 16 new schools across the UK, including nine SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) schools. We design and build primary, secondary and further education college infrastructure for clients including the Department for Education and local authorities.

	Highways We help renew and improve the UK’s existing major road network. We work with major organisations such as Highways England, Transport Scotland and local authorities to deliver improvements to the road network. This includes road and junction enhancements, bypasses and the construction of new bridges, tunnels and roundabouts.

	Justice Working with the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) we are helping to improve the Custodial Estate through the delivery of new accommodation and refurbishment. We have partnered with MoJ for over 20 years delivering projects across England and Wales, including entirely new prisons through to cell enhancements and infrastructure improvements.

	Defence The needs of the UK armed forces are highly complex, with equipment and infrastructure becoming more specialised to meet the demands of the modern military personnel. We have supported the Ministry of Defence for over 20 years and have carried out projects in the most demanding locations.

	Water Our work involves working with government agencies to deliver modern infrastructure ensuring that we have the necessary infrastructure for the modern era. We provide a wide range of services supporting project delivery including Design and Build, build only, investigations, concept engineering, programme management, project management and commissioning.

	Central and Local Government We work with central government to deliver general purpose office property for government departments and agencies. We also work with local government, delivering a wide range of construction projects to enhance local community facilities. Projects include new community centres, leisure centres, town halls, libraries and museums among others.

	Accommodation We are highly experienced in delivering accommodation solutions for our customers. Whether its high specification accommodation or city centre residential developments – we’re deliver on time and on budget.

	Manufacturing and Industrial We have a strong and successful track record in building advanced manufacturing and industrial facilities for our customers – helping them meet the challenges of globalisation. We work with a range of businesses including pharmaceutical companies, robotics, bio science and the higher education sector.

	Environment We have a history of working in the environment sector, dating back to the 1880’s, when as the London and Tilbury Lighterage Company, we worked on the Thames maintaining the waterways of what was the world’s busiest port. Since then, we have gone on to deliver a broad range of environment work across the UK, including National Frameworks for the Environment Agency, Coal Authority and other Local Authority frameworks.
