Once you have seen the vacancy you are interested in, you will be asked some questions as part of the application form. You will also be asked to upload your CV.
On being shortlisted, as part of our recruitment process, there are two online assessments – verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning and an online Situational Judgement Assessment for you to complete. You will receive a notification to let you know it is there and ready for you your completion.
As these tests are not designed to be completed on your mobile, see our tips for being successful at this stage of the recruitment process which also provides some links for you to practise for free before you do the real thing.
The final stage is where you get to meet the Hiring Manager and one of the team at one of our local regional offices. There will be a structured interview based on competency questions and in advance of this you will be given a brief which you will present back on the day to showcase your skills.
You will receive confirmation of the outcome of your interview and will also receive your verbal and numerical test results. If you are successful, you will receive an offer from us and everything you need to know before you have a date confirmed in your diary where you will embark on your new career in construction!
