The role will put you at the centre of the drilling team supported by dedicated engineers gaining knowledge and understanding of all airbus variants across the site. You will work with a variety of different people both inside the team and around the plant and will have the opportunity to support and autonomously run projects across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People.
Primary focus will be on the modernising of the maintenance department ranging from the workshop to process improvements on spares management, planned preventive maintenance creating as much opportunity to enable growth into new technologies that we are currently maintaining.
