Roche UK is looking for a positive and enthusiastic placement student who is keen to gain exposure within a commercial business environment. The successful applicant will spend a year supporting the CRM stream within the Commercial Excellence team.
The Commercial Excellence team strives to deliver information, analytics, business processes and guidance that help drive a customer centric data driven culture. This culture will focus on continuous improvement to maximise return on investment, resource optimisation and customer trust.
The CRM team evangelises the importance of customer centricity and taking an orchestrated approach with our customers and their hospitals through the support of our Salesforce CRM system (technical support and training for field based & head office users) and championing our internal data.
This one year placement within Roche UK, based in Welwyn Garden City, will provide you the opportunity to build your skills and knowledge within the Pharmaceutical sector, exposing you to the theories of customer relationship management and closed loop marketing.
The primary function of the ‘CRM Specialist’ is to provide support to the CRM Manager and CRM Analyst to help embed and document best practice processes, ensuring user queries across the business are addressed in a timely manner be it technical support/administration or training requirements.
