Wellbeing offering:
The Genuit Group has an in-house Occupational Health (OH) team providing a regionalised service across our Genuit Group sites. OH promotes and maintains the health and wellbeing of all colleagues. It’s concerned with the effects of work on health and health on work, and there to become involved and support if a colleague’s health is affecting their ability to work or their work is affecting their health.
This support is provided in many ways:
- We provide access to clinic services such as Physiotherapy and Counselling, or if necessary, access to an Occupational Health Physician if a specific work-related medical opinion is needed. However delivered, these services are available for all Genuit Group colleagues either face to face or remote and are accessed via your line manager or HR.
- We also take part in Genuit Group wellbeing initiatives, by using digital platforms to promote awareness around particular health topics, and by providing support at onsite health events and activities, some of these events include specific checks on blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, weight management advice and information around diet and nutrition.
- We provide flu vaccinations, either via onsite clinics or pre-paid vouchers. These events are also locally advertised.
