Not only will our programme provide you with the professional skills and technical development needed to progress in your work. It will also enable you to build a network internally and externally and connect with peers.

Chartership

Graduates working towards Chartered status will be financially supported and provided with a professional registration mentor. Your mentor will support you through your chosen development path, providing advice and guidance on the professional registration process.

Professional Growth Network (PGN)

Our Professional Growth network is unique to WSP and is run by a volunteer committee of early career professionals from across the UK, who are supported by senior leadership and a team of local office representatives.

The Professional Growth Network has three main aims:

• Connecting - The PGN organises events and networking opportunities for early career professionals to connect with colleagues across all levels of our business and with external colleagues. 
• Developing - The PGN creates opportunities for early career professionals to develop their capabilities and work towards their professional goals. 
• Representing - We value the views of our early career professionals and the PGN creates a forum for their voices to be represented in business planning and decision making.
