As a Degree Apprentice at WSP you will be a full-time, permanent employee, getting paid while working on exciting, real-world projects from day one. With support from your experienced team and dedicated buddy, you’ll gain hands-on experience in an inspiring environment.

Each year we offer paid placements at WSP for which Undergraduates can apply. There are two types of placements available:
Summer Placements - These run between June and August each year. Lasting at least eight weeks, these placements give insight into WSP’s world leading engineering professional services consultancy and great opportunities to work on WSP projects.
Year in Industry placements - These tend to run from (September to July) or (September to August) dependent on your university course requirements. A year in industry gives students further opportunities to develop the skills and knowledge being taught at university and set you up for future success.
