This webinar was a real all-rounder. Not only did we get a detailed insight into what it's like to start your career at WSP, but recruiter Kerry and the company's graduates gave some great advice on everything from assessment centres to onboarding and career progression.

Something that really stood out to us was that, even though WSP is a global organisation, it is very interconnected. Graduates are given various opportunities to network with and learn from people from across the company, including senior business leaders.
