2. Skill Enabler AssessmentIf you meet our eligibility requirements and we have a role that matches your chosen preferences, you will be sent a Skill Enabler Assessment to complete by our partner, Arctic Shores. |

3. Interview Days/InterviewsNext, a shortlist of candidates will be created and those people will be invited to interview. Please note, with the volume of applications we receive not all candidate who are successful at the Skills Enabler Assessment can proceed to the interview stage. |

4. Offer of employmentIf you are successful following your interview you will be made a conditional offer of employment with WSP. |
