Recruitment Process

Our values form the bedrock of our culture and define how we work together to serve our stakeholders.

1. Apply Online

We do not require you to submit a CV to apply, instead you will need complete a short online application form telling us about your studies, experiences, preferences and why you would like to work for WSP. This will then be screened by our Talent Acquisition Team.

 

2. Skill Enabler Assessment

If you meet our eligibility requirements and we have a role that matches your chosen preferences, you will be sent a Skill Enabler Assessment to complete by our partner, Arctic Shores.

 

3. Interview Days/Interviews

Next, a shortlist of candidates will be created and those people will be invited to interview. Please note, with the volume of applications we receive not all candidate who are successful at the Skills Enabler Assessment can proceed to the interview stage.

 

4. Offer of employment

If you are successful following your interview you will be made a conditional offer of employment with WSP.
