We are looking for graduates to join our Local Government teams in 2027. This is an opportunity to work in a leading professional services consultancy, supporting local authorities, public sector organisations and communities to deliver positive change.
As a Graduate in one of our Local Government teams, in Exeter, Lincoln or Gloucester, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a range of projects supporting local authorities and the communities they serve. Depending on your role, you could work across areas including bridges, highways, structures and infrastructure, helping to develop solutions that respond to local needs and improve connectivity.
You will work as part of multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with engineers and other specialists to support the design and delivery of projects. Through technical work, analysis, and project delivery, you will build your knowledge and experience while developing your professional skills and taking greater responsibility as your careers progresses.
As we work in partnership with local councils in our Local Government team – North Yorkshire Council, Leeds City Council, Lincolnshire County Council, Gloucestershire County Council, Norfolk County Council, Exeter City Council, Rhondda Cynon Taf Council, Merthyr Tydfil Council and Bridgend Council - we are unable to offer flexibility on the above locations.
Don’t quite meet all the criteria? Should you have the right qualifications for our roles, apply and we can see how your experience aligns to this role and other opportunities we have available for our Graduate programme.
