We are looking for Graduates to join one of our Industry teams, in HVAC, Control & Instrumentation, Mechanical or Process Engineering. You could help create controlled environments, optimise complex processes and improve the safe, efficient performance of industrial facilities, all while developing your expertise on projects that make a meaningful difference.

Working as a Graduate in one of our Industry teams will mean contributing to exciting and innovative projects. Our industrial clients benefit from our deep understanding of industrial and energy processes, combined with the specialist skills and multidisciplinary expertise required to plan, design, build, and operate new assets.
We also provide full life cycle services to support operating facilities across numerous industrial and manufacturing sectors in both developed and emerging markets.
Working alongside engineers and specialists, you will see how decisions across different disciplines come together in a complete facility. You will contribute to practical, safe and more sustainable solutions that help clients improve performance, adapt to changing needs and move ambitious ideas towards delivery.

Our two-year Graduate Development Programme is designed to help you build the skills, experience and professional network needed to thrive at the start of your career with us. Through a blend of structured learning, mentoring and hands-on project experience, you will be supported every step of the way.
