A little bit more about your role and the team…

As a Graduate in our Roads team, you will contribute to projects that help keep people and communities connected through safe, efficient and sustainable transport networks. You will be part of multidisciplinary project teams, supported by experienced engineers and specialists, and given exposure to real-world challenges. You could find yourself supporting highway design, producing technical drawings and calculations, using industry-standard software, analysing traffic and transport data, attending site visits, engaging with clients and stakeholders, and helping develop practical solutions to complex engineering challenges.

  • You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree such as Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline. • You will be comfortable working with others, sharing ideas and learning from different specialists.
