Unlock potential everywhere
Every challenge is an invitation for us to dream big. Strengthen community resilience. Unleash the possibilities of a place. Together, let’s unlock potential everywhere.

We are looking for graduates to join our Energy Advisory teams in 2027. This is an opportunity to work in a leading engineering and professional services consultancy, supporting clients to understand how energy systems are changing, make better investment decisions, improve the performance of existing assets and plan the infrastructure needed for a secure, affordable and low-carbon future.

Opportunities are available in the following teams and locations:

  • Power Systems: London, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, or Glasgow.
  • Energy Advisory: London or Guildford
  • Tech Consulting: London, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, or Glasgow.

A little bit more about your role and the team…

As a Graduate in our Energy Advisory teams, you’ll help clients respond to a changing energy landscape by supporting smarter investment decisions, improving asset performance and planning secure, affordable, low-carbon infrastructure.

You’ll work with national and international clients as part of multidisciplinary teams across Asset Management, Power Systems Advisory and Energy Strategy Consulting, gaining exposure to technical, strategic and data-led projects.

From energy strategy and business cases to grid connections, power system studies and network innovation, you’ll help turn complex energy challenges into practical advice that improves resilience and supports the transition to a lower-carbon future.

What we’re looking for

  • You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:2 in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • You will be looking to start work in April or September 2027.
  • You will be interested in energy systems, electricity networks, asset performance, strategy, resilience, regulation or low-carbon technologies.
  • You will be curious, analytical and motivated to solve technical, strategic and commercial energy challenges.
  • You will be comfortable working with others, sharing ideas and learning from different specialists across project teams.
  • You will want to create value for clients through technical insight, commercial awareness and data-led thinking.
  • You will be keen to learn, take ownership and build your career across Energy Advisory.

Don’t quite meet all the criteria? Should you have the right qualifications for our roles, apply and we can see how your experience aligns to this role and other opportunities we have available for our Graduate programme.
