Tell us how and why you took the job you are in at Tilbury Douglas.

I took the job with Tilbury Douglas after completing a year long placement on the Mount Oswald student accommodation project in 2019. The reason I took the job is due to the career development opportunities Tilbury Douglas were able to offer.

How does your role impact on the business?

My role impacts the business on site from a quality perspective as I carry out Quality & Assurance checks on various trades while assisting with health and safety management and day to day running of the site.
