Our Programme Management Service line supports our clients delivering major capital projects and programmes of work. Providing services ranging from programme management, programme controls, governance, reporting, risk management and technology systems.

Our PMIs Group has a significant track record of successful delivery across the UK Infrastructure sector. We provide programme management and transformational services to some of the largest capital investment programmes across the Water, Energy and Transport Sectors. Through our success in supporting many of the UK’s main utility providers and major infrastructure developers, we continue to see significant growth.
You will work closely with our Programme Managers on our key frameworks developing a large investment programme, whilst collaborating with clients to identify their objectives & facilitate driving value into their programmes. This will involve analysing programme performance, to provide insights to leadership & assist with realising programme benefits.
You will also contribute to the development of the PMIs group service offering and support the development of processes & best practice approaches.
As part of Stantec’s PMIs community of practise, this role offers the opportunity to develop across our service lines and to find your path. We are committed to supporting your skills development and have a broad range of training and network opportunities to support this.
To be successful in gaining a position on our Professional Development Programme, you will have a minimum of an Honours Degree. We are open to a wide range of degree disciplines, including but not limited to: Project Management, Business Management, Maths, Science, Technology, Engineering degrees.
