Opportunities are available in:

  • Investment & Transaction Advisory: London or Manchester
  • Transformation & Digital Advisory: Birmingham, London or Manchester
  • Digital Advisory: Manchester or London
  • Life Sciences Project Management: London

A little bit more about your role and the team…

As a Graduate in our Advisory Services teams, you’ll help clients make informed decisions, navigate change and deliver lasting value for communities, organisations and the environment. Depending on your team, you could support investment and transaction advice, business cases and due diligence; organisational transformation and digital strategy; or project management for life sciences and healthcare projects.

You will work in collaborative teams alongside consultants, economists, digital specialists, cost managers, technical advisers and sector experts. From supporting investment decisions and transactions, shaping digital solutions and helping organisations transform, to managing costs and value across life sciences facilities, you’ll gain insight into how advisory services can turn complex challenges into practical, real-world outcomes.

Investment and Transaction Advisory

The Investment and Transaction Advisory team helps clients make informed decisions across infrastructure, investment and economic development. You could support work including economic analysis, impact assessments, business cases, commercial strategy and technical, ESG and commercial due diligence for investors, lenders and public sector organisations.

Our advice covers: Economic analysis, evaluation and impact assessment, including economic development, industry and innovation strategies, trade forecasting and cost modelling. As well as Strategic, commercial, technical and ESG advice for government, public sector bodies, investors and lenders, including business cases, procurement, delivery models and due diligence.

Transformation & Digital Advisory

Our Transformation & Digital Advisory team helps clients respond to change, improve how they work and deliver lasting value. You could support projects across sectors such as government, defence, pharmaceuticals and energy, contributing to research, workshops, analysis and recommendations that help organisations develop new operating models, digital solutions and sustainability strategies.

Digital Advisory

The Digital Advisory team helps clients use data, technology and digital ways of working to solve real-world challenges. You could support digital strategies, dashboards, reporting tools and technology-led programmes across infrastructure, government, health and the environment, gaining practical experience in how digital ideas become meaningful outcomes.

Life Sciences

WSP’s Health and Life Sciences team supports clients across the health and life sciences sectors, providing practical advice from early feasibility through to completion on complex refurbishments and new-build schemes. Working alongside NHS Trusts, private health facilities, science organisations, design teams, contractors and colleagues across WSP, you’ll build your technical and commercial knowledge while contributing to projects that create better environments for healthcare, science and research.
