The Marketing and Communications team are responsible for marketing, internal and external communications, and investor relations. We work with internal and external stakeholders and audiences to deliver campaigns that increase and drive engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities
You could be:
Writing a press release for a global audience
Creating engaging Twitter and Linked In posts
Organising a customer or employee event
Undertaking market research on competitors or customers
Creating engaging and on-brand content for internal and external audiences
Supporting the creation of campaign plans and assets, as well as measuring the results
Editing web content and working on website projects
Collating and interpreting requirements to improve and develop our intranet
Launching employee campaigns to enhance engagement and understanding
Directing a photo or video shoot.
Joining QinetiQ you would:
Work in multidisciplinary teams delivering campaigns to a wide range of military, government and commercial customers
Communicating the best way for our customers to exploit novel and emerging technologies
Be part of a two year graduate programme allowing you to develop your expertise whilst getting the opportunity to experience a wide range of disciplines
Get access to training to develop your marketing, communication and leadership skills
Get the opportunity to support community projects, for example acting as an ambassador to local schools.
To apply for the role you MUST meet the following criteria;
Have attained, or are about to attain a minimum of a 2:1 Bachelor’s in a STEM degree
Be willing to learn, and have demonstrated an aptitude for learning at pace
Have a keen interest in marketing and communications.
